A Nice Day in Portsmouth, New Hampshire

Downtown square, Portsmouth, NH

Well, it was nice that day when I went, this quaint little northeastern town is physically charming. There were some people though whose facial expressions and non verbal communications were left to be desired.

Later that day in neighboring Dover, I was told that some constituents of this town were exiles from the bigger metropolises; something like Wall Street or oil money who came down because of the recent recession who want to keep to themselves and would prefer for Portsmouth to be outsider-free as possible.

That's odd, said I, they should move further for more exclusivity then, like another planet? Just joking...
I won't hold it against Portsmouth as a whole though and to prove that, here are more pics!
